Answers to the questions buyers, security teams and procurement ask most often.
Who builds RichAPI?
RichAPI is a product of TexAu. It runs on the infrastructure behind TexAu, in production since 2018, and the team is in Tallinn, Estonia. Questions about TexAu's own products go to TexAu support.
How big is the team?
A small team by design.
Who are your customers?
We don't share customer names without their written permission.
Is there lock-in?
Credit bundles are one-time purchases: no subscription, no contract, no seats. Bundle credits never expire. The Enrichment Pass on our pricing page is a separate yearly plan for profile and company enrichment. Every endpoint is documented in our public OpenAPI spec at https://app.richapi.ai/api/openapi, so moving away is an engineering job you can size today.
Security reviews and a DPA
Email [email protected] for a DPA, security documentation, a subprocessor list, data residency details or help with a security questionnaire. The security page at https://richapi.ai/security describes access control, data handling and where our compliance program stands. RichAPI holds no certification of its own.
Data handling
Some upstream data providers process lookups outside the EU. Request logs are purged after 30 days.
Payments and invoices
Stripe handles card payments, and RichAPI does not store full card details. An organization owner opens invoices and receipts from Plans & Billing in the dashboard, through the Stripe billing portal.
Privacy and data removal
Email [email protected].
Volume and contract terms
Past about 50,000 credits a month, Enterprise rate cards price on committed volume. Use the form at https://richapi.ai/contact-sales.
Roadmap and dates
We don't commit to features or dates in chat. Ask, and a person on the team will reply in writing.
