Google Maps Reviews API

Written by Kadri - RichAPI Support Team

POST /google_maps_reviews_scraper_sync • Credits: 0.1 credits per review returned

Google Maps Reviews returns the reviews of one Google Maps place as a JSON array. Each review holds the review text, the star rating, the reviewer name, the publish date, and the review ID. Each review costs 0.1 credits, so 50 reviews cost 5 credits.

What Google Maps Reviews does

Google Maps Reviews reads the review list of a single place on Google Maps. The input is the Google Maps URL of that place. Two jobs use this endpoint. The first job watches the reputation of a place: read the newest reviews for your own locations, and find every new one-star review. The second job analyzes reviews in bulk. Pull a large sample of reviews, then run text analysis over the review text. The analysis finds the complaints and the praise that repeat. The limit parameter caps the number of reviews in the response, and it therefore caps the cost of the call.
